Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years of maintenance-related experience.
• Four years of supervisory maintenance experience preferred, especially in ammonia refrigeration.
• Electrical knowledge required; energy management system knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance procedures for ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection, and warehouse equipment.
• Monitor preventive maintenance logs and checklists as scheduled.
• Coordinate external contractors and inspect completed work for conformance to plans and standards.
• Maintain sanitation program to meet food safety requirements and regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance and sanitation staff and manage workloads and scheduling.
