Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests, diagnosing defects and repairing per established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversees and completes the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring timely turnover.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, coordinating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budget.
• Performs monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Conducts regular safety meetings, keeps MSDS up to date, and ensures compliance with OSHA and related safety regulations.
