Job summary

Vidalta Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance teams, manage turnover, and uphold safety standards across the community. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and budget adherence to deliver exceptional resident service.

The candidate will oversee emergency maintenance, stay compliant with OSHA/EPA, and ensure swift, quality make-readies for new residents with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years in property maintenance; 1–2 years in supervision.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general appliance repair.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) required for HVAC refrigerant handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site maintenance personnel.
• Schedule and monitor daily maintenance tasks and make-ready timelines.
• Manage on-call emergency maintenance and 24-hour schedule.
• Oversee vendor relationships and inventory management.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
• Oversee apartment turnover to make-ready condition.
• Monitor budgets and process invoices; manage contracts.
