Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance and service orders.
• Ability to read work orders and follow safety procedures.
• Physical ability for lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventive maintenance to ensure building standards of safety, cleanliness and functionality.
• Makes ready for new leases by inspecting vacant units, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors as needed.
• Tracks inventory and materials, and notifies supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document service requests and maintain records.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as required.
