Job summary

Paradise Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to maintain the physical integrity of our community and ensure safe, high-quality living environments for residents, staff and visitors. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage vendors and supervise subordinate staff to ensure timely completion of all tasks.

The role requires hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing and carpentry, with a strong emphasis on budgeting, safety compliance, and proactive facility improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three years experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs regularly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure safe living environments.
• Manage vendors and subordinate staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee maintenance operations including scheduling, budgeting and capital improvements.
• Coordinate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and pest control.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
