Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Manager to maintain the physical condition and appearance of one or more communities, lead routine and preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards. The role requires coordinating with supervisors, managing maintenance budgets, and promoting safe work practices on site.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, overseeing vendors, and preparing schedules for technicians and grounds staff while adhering to company policies and regulatory

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance technician work or related experience.
• HVAC Certification required.
• CAMT/CPO preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Routinely inspect community grounds and buildings to ensure safety standards and identify maintenance projects.
• Monitor inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts; manage emergencies.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units for quality.
