Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to manage repairs and preventive upkeep across apartments and common areas. You will diagnose issues, perform services to meet safety and appearance standards, and support make-ready processes for new move-ins.

You will coordinate with vendors, maintain supplies, and uphold Greystar safety policies while delivering responsive resident service and keeping within budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by state law.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating to represent management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in buildings, grounds, and common areas according to policies and codes.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and ensure timely turnover.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials and assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Lead safety practices, attend safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA and MSDS requirements.
