Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Maintenance Lead to oversee technical work across properties, ensuring units, buildings, and amenities meet safety and quality standards. You will manage work orders, preventative tasks, and inspections under the Area Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating make-readies, inventory, and grounds upkeep, while prioritizing cost efficiency and compliance with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to represent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform completion of work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Lead make-ready process for vacant units and pre-move-out inspections.
• Track materials, supplies, and equipment; order as needed under supervision.
• Monitor inspections via Leonardo 247, Entrata, and other platforms.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
