Qualifications

• Four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Experience at a community with up to 299 units.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritizes tasks.
• High School diploma - preferred.
• EPA Core, Type I-Appliances, Type II-HAVC, Certified Pool Operator required.
• Must provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage maintenance employee schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Provide safety training and assist with property safety audits.
• Perform daily property and grounds inspections and ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and follow up on service outcomes with maintenance staff.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools; participate in on-call rotations.
