Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry specific technology to coordinate and help respond to resident/management requests for the property.
• Ability to assign tasks to team.
• Overtime may be required and participation in on-call schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create maintenance staff schedules and assign tasks.
• Assess training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Ensure safety training and property safety audits.
• Inspect property, monitor repairs, and manage budget considerations.
• Respond to resident requests and uphold BH standards.
