Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager I to coordinate the maintenance team for properties. You will schedule, inspect, and oversee repairs while ensuring safety compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role may involve coordination with new construction or property modifications and requires strong attention to detail. Ideal candidates bring four+ years of maintenance and safety experience, EPA/HVAC certifications, and the ability to manage tools and inventories.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to requests.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Required Certifications: EPA Core, Type I-Appliances, Type II- HAVC, Certified Pool Operator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance staff schedules and assignments.
• Ensure safety training for all maintenance employees and conduct safety audits.
• Perform daily property and grounds inspections for maintenance needs and liabilities.
• Adhere to OSHA and local codes; maintain compliance with BH policies.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs and tool/inventory management.
• Share on-call responsibilities and respond to resident requests.
• Maintain and secure property-owned tools and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
