Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site role to support the operations team across campus properties. The position involves maintaining facilities, performing data entry, handling file management, and assisting with research projects to support day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, preventive upkeep, and ensuring units are ready for occupancy, with a focus on safety, curb appeal, and resident retention.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to student living and learning.
• Perform data entry, file management, and support with research projects.
• Complete hands‑on repairs/maintenance work while ensuring service requests and repairs are made correctly and timely.
• Execute the preventive maintenance program that minimizes emergency repairs and service repairs; inspect grounds, buildings, and other property features to minimize liability concerns.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of properties at all times and understand the importance of the retention of residents for occupancy purposes.
• Perform all work necessary to make units and rooms ready for occupancy which may include general cleaning.
• Make note of and report on any equipment which might need repair prior to occupancy.
• Assist with planning and coordinating events, projects, etc.
• Sustain positive customer relations and contribute to the positive feedback toward properties.
