Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager in the Columbus, OH area who will oversee multiple facilities or a campus portfolio.

The role emphasizes leadership of staff, adherence to policies, and delivering exceptional tenant experiences in restaurant and retail environments. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of facility management experience, including multi-site operations, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related fields is required.
• Experience in managing multiple facilities or campus operations preferred.
• Experience with restaurant, retail, and customer-facing environments valued for brand standards and guest/employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring services are delivered as per policies and ownership directives.
• Manage service contracts, performance, and financials; lead RFPs and contract pricing.
• Lead regional oversight of locations and maintenance programs for interior/exterior conditions.
• Ensure prompt client and tenant response and coordinate across vendors and occupants.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated budgets, financial reports, and purchase orders for facilities.
• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and capital improvement plans.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting to assess facility management objectives and cost savings.
• Support vendor coordination and drive operational excellence across the portfolio.
