Qualifications

• Oversee multiple facilities and campus operations.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts and KPIs.
• Experience in restaurant/retail/customer-facing environments valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring services meet needs and safety standards.
• Manage service contracts cost effectively and monitor performance.
• Lead regional oversight of locations and upkeep of interior/exterior conditions.
• Ensure prompt responses to client/occupant requests across the region.
• Implement ongoing contract reviews to align client needs with services.
• Prepare consolidated reporting on budgets, contracts and expenditures.
• Develop annual facility budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Support capital budgets and a five-year maintenance plan.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting to assess objectives and cost savings.
• Support vendor coordination across the regional portfolio.
• Drive customer focus in all operational activities and promote best practices.
