Job summary

CW is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the facilities organization at a Tempe campus. You will oversee day-to-day operations, vendor management, safety programs, and service delivery to ensure a well-maintained building aligned with client goals.

The role requires 5–7 years in commercial property management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, CMMS experience, and strong financial tracking. Candidates should excel in communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, or property portfolio management experience required.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation preferred.
• Experience with critical system environments is desired.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading construction specs and blueprints; strong MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of financial tracking, budgeting and forecasting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services and general maintenance per CW policies.
• Manage contracts, review invoices against pricing, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior property conditions.
• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate contract programs to meet tenant and client needs.
• Maintain site documentation and reports (operating manuals, logs, drawings, invoices, contracts).
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and purchase orders for facilities.
• Coordinate annual budget, quarterly reforecast, and five‑year capital plans.
