Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a Service Supervisor for the Manzanita property in Tempe to lead the maintenance team and oversee work orders, while coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and compliant execution.

The ideal candidate has residential facilities maintenance experience, HV AC/CPO certifications preferred, and a focus on safety and cleanliness across the property. This role reports to the Senior Service Manager.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred – if applicable.
• 2 years’ proven experience in residential facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and train maintenance team; support operations in supervisor’s absence.
• Perform work order processes, including execution, close-out, verification, and vendor coordination.
• Assist in and help lead property turn processes with vendors for efficient execution.
• Assign and perform preventative maintenance tasks; contribute to updates of PM plans.
• Inspect public areas and resident spaces to maintain ACC’s facilities standards.
