Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities/real estate or related field required.
• 5–7 years of commercial high-rise or campus property management experience.
• Experience with critical system environments desired.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.
• IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended; other related training valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including life-safety, engineering, and maintenance.
• Manage contracts, ensure invoices align with pricing, and monitor vendor performance.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior property conditions.
• Address tenant requests promptly and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and purchase orders for facilities.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasts, and five-year maintenance plans.
• Hire, train, and supervise facility staff; evaluate performance.
