Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment or property portfolio management experience.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.
• CFM/IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended; other engineering or business training or certifications may help.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance.
• Manage contracts, ensure invoices align with pricing and are Bid when required.
• Lead maintenance programs for interior and exterior property conditions and appearance.
• Respond to tenant requests promptly and ensure issues are resolved in a way that benefits tenants, client, and properties.
