COREcruitment is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple Bay Area restaurant locations. This hands-on role requires coordinating repairs, managing vendors, and keeping equipment, cameras, alarms, and access systems in good working order.

You’ll visit sites regularly, track maintenance records, and stay ahead of issues before they become bigger problems. A valid driver’s license and comfort with diverse maintenance tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facilities or maintenance experience, ideally across multiple locations.
• Comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, furniture repairs, and general maintenance.
• Have experience working with vendors and contractors.
• Organized and able to keep on top of multiple locations and priorities.
• A practical, reliable person who likes getting things sorted.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Jump in on repairs and coordinate outside vendors when needed.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers while keeping an eye on costs.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes variety and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.You’ll be out at the restaurants, dealing with maintenance issues, working with vendors, keeping equipment in shape, and making sure small problems don’t turn into big ones.
