Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Inspector to monitor construction, operations, and maintenance activities to ensure conformance with NASA MSFC standards, contract drawings, and specifications.

The position is based at the Huntsville, Alabama site and requires US citizenship and the ability to pass a federal background and drug screen. You will review submittals, generate daily inspection reports, manage RFIs and correspondence, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma minimum; Construction Management degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of applicable inspection experience on construction projects preferred.
• HVAC master/journeyman experience highly valued.
• Journeyman electrician experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction, maintenance, and repair activities for conformance to contract drawings and NASA MSFC standards.
• Review submittals and monitor them via Procore.
• Generate daily inspection reports and update project schedules.
• Review RFIs and contract documents for continuity of work.
• Assist in pre-final and final inspections and punch lists.
• Review as-built drawings and OM manuals for accuracy.
