Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction/Operations/Maintenance Inspector in Huntsville, AL to monitor construction, operations, maintenance, and repair activities ensuring conformance with project drawings and NASA MSFC standards.

You will review submittals in Procore, generate daily site reports, and support final inspections, punch lists, and as-built reviews. Must have 3+ years of inspection experience and be able to pass background checks and a drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of construction inspection experience preferred.
• HVAC or electrical background valued.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction, operations, maintenance, and repair activities for conformance with drawings, specs, and NASA MSFC standards.
• Review submittals and monitor through Procore for accuracy.
• Evaluate progress payment requests from contractors.
• Generate daily inspection reports and track project schedule.
• Support final inspections, punch lists, and as-built reviews.
