Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction/Operations/Maintenance Inspector in Huntsville to monitor work for compliance with NASA MSFC standards and contract drawings. The role involves reviewing submittals in Procore, generating daily inspection reports, and supporting final inspections and punch lists.

A solid field inspection background is required. Candidates should have a High School Diploma (Construction Management degree is a plus) and 3+ years of relevant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Construction Management degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of applicable inspection experience on construction projects preferred.
• HVAC master/journeyman experience highly valued.
• Master or journeyman electrician experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspection and surveillance of construction, operations, maintenance, and repair activities per contract drawings, specs, and NASA/MSFC standards.
• Review construction submittals for accuracy and monitor via Procore.
• Review and evaluate contractor requests for progress payments.
• Provide daily inspection reports summarizing progress and schedule status.
