Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction/Operations/Maintenance Inspector in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on monitoring construction, operations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure conformance with MSFC standards, codes, and contract drawings.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; college degree in construction management is a plus.
• Must be a US citizen and pass a federal background review and drug screen.
• Experience with site inspections and NASA MSFC standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and surveil construction, operations, maintenance, and repair to ensure conformance with contract drawings, specs and NASA MSFC standards.
• Review submittals for accuracy and monitor via Procore.
• Prepare daily site inspection reports and update progress schedules.
• Maintain organized files of meetings, payments, schedules, punch lists, and RFIs.
• Assist in pre-final/final inspections and verify punch list completion before final payment.
