Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee’s operations. You will train staff on proper use and maintenance, ensuring peak efficiency and reliability.

The role requires EPA Type I/II certification, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of service/repair experience. Refrigeration and restaurant equipment repair experience are a plus; you will work 24/7 on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II certification required; Universal EPA preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 2 years service/repair experience required.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.
• Good references and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair restaurant and facility equipment to high quality standards.
• Maintain and account for tools, equipment, and supplies on-site.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment as needed per guidelines.
• Inspect and perform daily maintenance on company vehicle and respond to calls 24/7.
• Coordinate with Senior Service Tech and management as needed.
