Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment at Hardee's locations. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing equipment, and ensuring facilities run efficiently.

EPA certification and 2+ years of service/repair experience are required, with refrigeration experience a plus. Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, tool and inventory management, and 24/7 response readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires EPA Universal Certification or EPA Type I & II (Type II) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience required.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.
• Good references.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace equipment and systems per company guidelines.
• Repair restaurant and commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Maintain and manage tools, equipment, supplies, and on-site inventory.
• Log calls and repairs using laptop/handheld computer; track time and parts.
• Respond to calls 24/7; communicate with Senior Service Tech.
• Assist in staffing shortages and new equipment rollouts.
• Complete administrative requirements timely and accurately.
