Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee’s locations.

The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing equipment to keep facilities running smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include training operational staff on equipment use, maintaining tools and vehicle readiness, and coordinating with senior technicians.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required (Universal EPA preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience in commercial or restaurant equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and facility items to company standards.
• Maintain and account for tools, equipment, and parts on-site.
• Respond to calls 24/7 and communicate with Senior Service Tech as needed.
• Enter repair data and time in the laptop/handheld system.
• Train operational personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
