Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee’s locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, and training staff on equipment use to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II certifications required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Repair and maintain restaurant and facility equipment to company standards.
• Train operational personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform repairs; determine when to subcontract if needed.
• Maintain tools, inventory, and on-site documentation of repairs and time logged.
