Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on basic facility systems at our Milwaukee location. You will document tasks in the computerized maintenance system and support installation activities under supervision.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience and a valid driver’s license. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, 40 hours per week, with benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures.
• Intermediate level computer skills in CMMS, Microsoft Office, Building Automation Systems.

Responsibilities

• Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems and documents tasks.
• Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed.
• Operates and monitors basic Utility System Infrastructure.
