Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal oversight in facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes; documents in CMMS.
• Conducts preventive maintenance on plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Manages response and repairs for emergencies such as leaks, floods, outages, and equipment failures.
• Reads blueprints and Life Safety drawings to complete assignments.
