Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee multiple sites and perform facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with codes. The role requires basic repairs, CMMS usage, and on-call responses.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and less than 2 years’ experience in equipment maintenance. On-site work with a 40-hour week, 7am–3:30pm, with on-call rotation and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years’ experience in equipment maintenance.
• Basic computer skills including CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes; documents in CMMS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment.
• Maintain patient care equipment where required.
• Respond to emergencies and building occupant requests.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete assignments.
