Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee’s locations in North Carolina.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment, log work using laptop or handheld devices, and train staff on proper use and maintenance. Requirements include EPA Type I & II Certification (Universal EPA preferred), a valid driver's license, at least two years of service/repair experience, and

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II Certification (Universal EPA preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.
• Good references.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Basic Heating/AC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and building items in a timely, high-quality manner according to company standards.
• Maintain and account for inventory and charges for items used.
• Respond to staffing shortages, emergencies, or new equipment rollouts.
• Log calls and repair details using laptop/handheld devices.
• Inspect and maintain the company van and respond to calls 24/7.
• Train operational personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
