Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment at Hardee’s locations.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment, supervise the use and maintenance of tools, and assist with equipment rollouts and emergencies. A valid license, EPA certification, and 2+ years of service/repair experience are required; refrigeration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II Certification required (Universal EPA preferred).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience required.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and prescribed facility items in a timely, high-quality manner per company standards.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory and parts used for repairs, with accurate charging and billing.
• Secure and maintain on-site tools, equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Respond to staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and training needs within assigned region.
• Complete all administrative requirements; log calls, time, and repair details using laptop/handheld device.
• Inspect, maintain, and perform daily maintenance on company van to ensure readiness 24/7.
• Alert Senior Service Tech of needed repairs and communicate as required via house or cell phone.
• Demonstrate BNE values in daily work and perform other duties as assigned.
