Job summary
Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee's sites. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service HVAC, refrigeration, cooking and plumbing systems, and train staff on proper use.

Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification or EPA Type 1 and 2 Certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Service/Repair Experience required.
- Refrigeration Experience is a plus.
- Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repair Experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain restaurant and building equipment to company standards.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment as needed.
- Train operational personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts on site.
- Record repairs and time using company devices and systems.
- Respond to service calls 24/7 as needed.
