Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management and efficient operation of all systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design capabilities and safety standards.
