CBRE is seeking a Sr. Building Engineer to perform complex maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related systems at client sites. You will monitor operations, respond to issues, and oversee contractor work to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 8+ years in electrical/HVAC/refrigeration, plus Universal CFC certification and related licenses. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with eight or more years experience in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional related licenses/certifications encouraged.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely in building environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related systems.
• Monitor and operate building systems; respond to alarms and equipment failures.
• Coordinate with contractors; oversee contracted work and ensure safety compliance.
