Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure inside and external buildings, grounds, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and perform routine upkeep across the community.

Responsibilities include overseeing the make-ready process for vacant units, inspecting vendor work, maintaining inventory, and supporting budget development for repairs and capital projects while upholding Greystar

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in property management maintenance or building trades.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law; skilled in manual work.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills for administrative and financial documents.
