Job summary

Contemporary Management Concepts (CMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our community’s facilities, grounds, and amenities. You will supervise staff, maintain inventories, and ensure safety, efficiency, and timely service requests.

The role includes plumbing, electrical work, pool maintenance, and basic repairs on vacancies. The position requires EPA, CPO, and CAMT certifications, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• EPA certification, CPO and CAMT certifications required.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and pool maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and tolerate temperatures range 15–100°F.
• Must pass pre-placement medical disposition and maintenance exam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of apartments, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Manage maintenance staff, schedules, and inventory.
• Monitor pool, HVAC, and mold prevention logs for safety and compliance.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, fixtures; service vacant units for new residents.
