Job summary

Contemporary Management Concepts (CMC) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a Lakeland, FL community. You will oversee routine maintenance, supervise staff, manage repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness of apartments, amenities, and common areas.

Certifications in EPA, CPO, and CAMT are required, with strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and pool maintenance expertise and a focus on timely service and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA, CPO, and CAMT certifications.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, appliances, and pool maintenance.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of apartments, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff; manage inventory and shop organization.
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly (within 24 hours) and communicate with residents.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances; install fixtures as needed.
• Maintain pool, deck areas, and safety logs for chemicals and equipment.
• Inspect properties and prepare units for new residents.
