Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong trade knowledge across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, cooking equipment, and basic HVAC/refrigeration.
• Understanding of facilities safety requirements and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and train staff on maintenance concepts.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager by overseeing facility aspects at market level.
• Perform preventative maintenance on cooking equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and refrigeration.
• Develop maintenance schedules to ensure safe, efficient restaurant operations.
• Train staff on facility maintenance and repairs and monitor adherence to procedures.
• Provide maintenance visit recaps and communicate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and re-investment projects.
• Conduct periodic turnover walks for new stores with operations teams.
