Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Specialist, Facilities to support a region of restaurants with Preventative Maintenance Site Audits and reactionary requests, ensuring world-class food safety and guest experience.

You will collaborate with vendors, finance budgets, and leadership to uphold Chipotle's standards. The role requires travel, independence, and strong communication to manage repairs and capital projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade School Certificate preferred.
• Clean MVR required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• 0-1 years’ experience in related field.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Mechanically inclined; proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint; lift 50 pounds; ladders used.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Strong independent work and scheduling skills; effective communication via email/phone.

Responsibilities

• Perform four Preventative Maintenance Site Audits in each assigned location annually.
• Complete reactionary service calls in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Continue to learn additional trades contributing to higher in-house repairs.
• Partner with local and national vendors to ensure work is completed to Chipotle's standards.
• Collaborate with sub-regional leadership team to have a unified purpose and vision inside our locations.
• Manage direct M&R budget of assigned locations.
• Work with Apprentice Facilities Manager or Facilities Manager to identify capital improvement needs; get quotes and validate workmanship.
• Source, organize and track parts and inventory for needed repairs.
• Manage Service Channel requests to ensure all items are entered and closed out; provide SC training to restaurants when needed.
• Partner with Facilities Support Team to ensure requests are assigned and completed efficiently.
• Meet all administrative deadlines for mileage, Pcards, inventories, and Tru-ups.
