Job summary

Chipotle is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support a region of restaurants with Preventative Maintenance Site Audits and reactionary requests, delivering world-class food safety and an excellent guest experience.

You will partner with local and national vendors, manage budgets, identify capital needs, source parts, and ensure workmanship meets Chipotle's standards, while coordinating with facility leadership across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade School Certificate preferred.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• 0-1 years’ experience in related field.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Mechanically inclined; must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to use ladders regularly.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively via email or phone.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance site audits at assigned locations annually.
• Complete reactionary service calls in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet Chipotle standards.
• Manage direct M&R budget for assigned locations.
• Identify capital improvement needs and obtain quotes.
• Source, organize and track parts and inventory for repairs.
• Manage Service Channel requests and provide training when needed.
• Coordinate with Facilities Support Team to assign and close requests.
• Meet administrative deadlines for mileage, P-cards, inventories, and tru‑ups.
