• Proven trade knowledge in facilities maintenance and repair.
• Experience with restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing or refrigeration preferred.
• Ability to train staff on maintenance concepts and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Assist Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at market level.
• Perform facility maintenance and repair during monthly site visits and analyses.
• Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for stove, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration systems.
• Conduct maintenance seminars for staff individually or in groups.
• Provide maintenance visit recaps to Operations Team and Regional Facilities Manager.
• Identify cost drivers in maintenance and communicate issues to leadership.
• Maintain facility records and coordinate with contractors, landlords, and vendors.
• Respond to facility issues, including emergencies, maintaining safety for employees and guests.
