Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain restaurants through preventative maintenance and repairs across markets. You will supervise facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level and lead monthly site visits.

The role requires strong trade knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, plus the ability to train staff, manage multiple schedules, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong trade knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC/refrigeration.
• Knowledge of safety rules and facilities regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and train staff.
• Willingness to travel between restaurants with a valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects at market level.
• Perform facility maintenance via monthly site visits and analyses.
• Create preventative maintenance schedules for safe restaurant facilities.
• Execute procedures when facilities cease to function or pose risk.
• Train managers and crew on maintenance concepts and practices.
• Provide maintenance visit recaps to Operations Team and Regional Facilities Manager.
