Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent education and training in facility repair.
• Two years of formal or informal training in repairing and maintaining facilities, including restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing or appliances.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations for facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level.
• Performing facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis.
• Formulating preventative maintenance schedules for safe and efficient operation.
• Training managers and staff on facility maintenance concepts and procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to maintenance practices and documenting visits.
