Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain restaurant facilities through preventative maintenance, site visits, and repairs. You will supervise market-level facility aspects and train restaurant staff on maintenance practices.

You will work with the Operations Team to develop schedules, manage safety compliance, and communicate facility needs to regional leadership. A background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent education and experience with two years of training to repair and maintain facilities; experience with restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration or appliance repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level.
• Perform facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants.
• Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for safe, efficient operation of restaurant facilities.
• Train managers, crew, and staff on facility maintenance concepts and repairs.
• Ensure staff follow maintenance practices and procedures.
