The role supports market-level facility management, coordinates with contractors, and ensures facilities operate reliably. The ideal candidate brings skilled trades knowledge, strong organizational abilities, and a focus on safe, efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of education or experience in facilities repair or related field.
• Knowledge of safety regulations governing facilities.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level.
• Perform facility maintenance and repairs during monthly site visits.
• Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for safe, efficient operation of restaurant facilities.
• Train managers, crew and staff on facility maintenance concepts.
• Provide maintenance visit recaps and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Coordinate with landlords, contractors and vendors for repairs.
• Maintain and update facility records and reports.
