Qualifications

• Trades knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC/refrigeration.
• Experience with restaurant equipment, appliance repair, and maintenance is preferred.
• Education: BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across restaurant facilities.
• Train managers, crew, and staff on maintenance procedures and safety.
• Create and review maintenance schedules and recaps for leadership teams.
• Assist with new store turnovers and facility projects when needed.
