Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY is seeking a Facilities Enterprise Systems Analyst to manage building, space, and asset data and optimize IWMS/CAFM and BIM/CAD workflows across a multi-site healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with Facilities Design & Construction, IT, and operations to ensure data integrity, governance, and actionable insights through reports and dashboards; on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 1+ year of relevant facilities operations, space planning, or project environments.
• Strong written and spoken communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities relevant to facilities data.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize IWMS/CAFM and BIM/CAD systems and integrations.
• Maintain facilities data including drawings, space inventory, and assets.
• Develop data governance standards, QA/QC, and project handover compliance.
• Provide end-user support, testing, and system optimization with vendors.
• Create reports and dashboards to support operations, space management, and asset decisions.
• Gather business requirements and align systems with operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvements in data quality and automation.
• Support project handovers with integrated facility data and documentation.
