Job summary

You will track budgets, assist with month-end close, and provide timely reporting to leadership across finance and operations.

The role emphasizes data extraction from Lawson and UKG, maintaining accurate records, and supporting accounts payable while ensuring consistency and visibility across finance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of operating and annual budgets for Facilities, Security, and Real Estate.
• Track monthly financial and workforce metrics (FTEs, OTPS, vacancies, invoices).
• Develop and maintain reports in Excel and Smartsheet, including budget-to-actual reporting.
