NYU Langone Health is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the CMMS (Maintenance Connection) across Real Estate Development and Facilities. You will lead a team of staff and external consultants to ensure data integrity, asset inventory accuracy, and standardized workflows across campuses.

You will collaborate with multiple divisions to optimize maintenance processes, implement enhancements, and provide training and support for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5 years of CMMS experience in facilities operations or real estate.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with Maintenance Connection preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of CMMS (Maintenance Connection) across divisions.
• Manage a team of staff and external consultants to ensure system uptime.
• Maintain asset inventory, maintenance schedules, locations, and equipment data.
• Collaborate with RED+F divisions to standardize workflows and practices.
• Develop system workflow/configuration and ensure data integrity.
• Provide user training and manage access/permissions.
